You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayTeam. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other users.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using PlayTeam you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent match information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the app or its servers.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the platform without permission.

5. Match Participation

PlayTeam facilitates connections between players but is not responsible for the organisation, safety, or conduct of any sports match. Participation in physical activities carries inherent risk. By joining a match, you accept sole responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

6. User Content

By uploading content (profile photos, match details) to PlayTeam, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for any content you post.

7. Privacy

Your use of PlayTeam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlayTeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayTeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
